Robert Frost continues to stay active giving back to the community. In May, Robert Frost held the BareFeet Benefit at the Traverse City Opera House. This was the 2nd annual event for the community and it proved most successful. Robert Frost Fine Footwear is pleased to announce they raised $2500 for the Student Empowerment Program of Traverse City Area Public Schools. Also, Robert Frost collected 1000 pair of gently used shoes for Soles4Souls; a non-profit dedicated to outfitting the underprivileged worldwide with footwear. Robert Frost Footwear also participated in Traverse Cities "Shop your Community" day, helping to raise more than $25,000 for Traverse area non-profits. Furthermore, frostshoes raised $1100 dollars for the renovation of the Traverse City State Theater by donating 5% of gross sales over a one week stretch during holiday 2011.
