Frostshoes Return Policy

*Please read carefully, as our return policy has changed

RETURNSwww.frostshoes.com will accept the return of any UNWORN or DEFECTIVE merchandise within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note:  as of 2/1/2015 Robert Frost will accept the return of full price and discounted items purchased @ frostshoes.com.  Please note the following conditions, as they apply to all returns;

  • Please package the product in it's original packaging.
  • Complete the return procedures form and include with the return.
  • Adhere the provided return label to the exterior of a safe shipping box. 
  • Drop the return at any authorized UPS store or participating UPS dealer pickup location.  
  • Robert Frost will credit your account the cost of the item(s) less the initial shipping cost incurred and less $10 (for use of the provided UPS label). 
  • Customer can elect to use any shipping method they prefer, BUT the customer will be responsible for lost or damaged item(s), if customer elects to their own method of delivery.  
  • If the customer elects to use their own method, then we strongly advise the customer to insure the package and get tracking information.  
  • Robert Frost reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee up to 20% the cost of the item(s).
  • Re-Stocking Fee is accessed by the timeframe/expiration of 30 day return period, the state of the item(s) being returned and/or the discount applied to the item purchased.  For example; sending back an item purchased at 50% off 25 days after the purchase date with damage to the packaging and/or clothing tags removed will result in a full 20% re-stocking fee.  
  • Claiming an Item is Defective:  If the claim of a defective item is made past the 30 day return period, then the review process will require a high resolution photograph and management review before issuing credit or granting exchange.  In all cases where defect is confirmed, customer will receive refund and/or store credit toward future purchase with our company depending on return factors listed above.
  • Exchanges:  www.frostshoes.com will facilitate any exchange of product if available and as indicated via phone, email and/or return document enclosed in order.  Customer will be charged $10 for exchange cost and shipping cost incurred. 
  • Exchange Shipping Cost:  Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs incurred and as defined in our shipping policy. 
  • Return Label:  www.frostshoes.com will include an adhesive return label with ALL purchases made within the continental United States only.
  • Hawaii and Alaska are not recognized as a part of the continental United States, as a result, we will ship to our Hawaii and Alaskan customer using the USPS.  All continental shipping rates and policies otherwise apply.  Also, return shipping from Hawaii and Alaska are at customer expense. 
  • APO/FPO/International Returns:  We will not be responsible for return shipping associated with APO/FPO, Hawaii and/or international returns. 
  • Damaged/Improper Returns:  PRODUCT RETURNED IN A MANNER THAT DAMAGES THE PRODUCT AND/OR IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL RESULT IN REJECTED REFUND AND RETURN AT YOUR EXPENSE.
