• RETURNS:  www.frostshoes.com will accept SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICED, UNWORN or DEFECTIVE merchandise within 45 days of purchase WITH NO RETURN SHIPPING COST TO THE CONSUMER.  Simply package the product in it's original packaging, adhere return label provided to the exterior of a safe shipping box and drop at any authorized UPS store or participating UPS dealer pickup location.  We will credit your account the total cost of the purchase less the initial shipping cost upon reception and email you confirmation.  We will accept select sale merchandise for refund/exchange, however CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED $8 FOR A SINGLE PAIR RETURN AND $10 FOR MULTIPLE PAIRS WHEN USING THE RETURN LABEL PROVIDED. Sale items marked at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE items that do not qualify for returns or exchanges, and will not be provided with a return shipping label. Robert Frost Footwear has right to refuse any return that does not meet the standards indicated above.
• EXCHANGES:  www.frostshoes.com will facilitate any exchange of product if available and as indicated via phone, email and/or return document enclosed in order.  Same return shipping rules apply, as listed above. 
• Exchange Shipping Cost:  Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs incurred and as defined in our shipping policy. 
• Return Label:  www.frostshoes.com will include an adhesive return label with purchases made within the continental United States only. 
• APO/FPO/International Returns:  We will not be responsible for return shipping associated with APO/FPO, Hawaii and/or international returns. 
• Damaged/Improper Returns:  PRODUCT RETURNED IN A MANNER THAT DAMAGES THE PRODUCT AND/OR IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL RESULT IN REJECTED REFUND AND RETURN AT YOUR EXPENSE.
